The geological evidence for the Flood is everywhere! Open your eyes, man!

If there was a worldwide Flood, you would expect the world to be covered with lots of sedimentary rock, containing lots of fossils. That's your evidence.

First Paul, lets please keep it civil.

You are correct there is some small geological evidence for a huge flood in some parts of the world, (I'm saying the evidence is in some parts of the world, not the flood), but not the evidence you quote. Sedimentary rock formations are laid down over eons, not 40 days and nights. Further, once laid down it takes further eons of time to make the rock from the sediment. These geological strata are not evidence of the biblical flood.

You are incorrect. Sedimentation is a rapid process, as is fossilisation. Evolutionists wish us to believe otherwise, but they are wrong. The process was observed to happen rapidly during flooding which happened after the Mount St Helens eruption in the early 1980s.

There is plenty of evidence for this on the Answers in Genesis website.

Also, check out the websites of Dr Tas Walker

and Tim Lovett

Then, stick to what the Bible says, rather than accepting the theories of men.

On the contrary young man, I am not incorrect. Sediments only turn into rock formations because of huge pressure activity. The pressure comes usually from more sedimentation on top, layer after layer. Sufficient layering of sediment to provide enough pressure and compression for the heat to build up takes a long, long time. Same goes for fossil creation. Judging from your comments I doubt you really know what a fossil is and how it is formed.
Evolutionists and whether they are right or wrong is of no importance to this discussion at this point in time so why bring them up.
The processes that occurred after the St Helens eruption had nothing to do with the laying down of sediment to form rock. The St Helens material is pyroclastic mud flow which sets like concrete and quite quickly.[/quote]

Answers in Genesis, Tas Walker, Tim Lovett, are you not offering as proof the 'theories of men' as you put it. Because it's on an internet site doesn't make it right Paul.

You are fond of exhorting people to stick to what the bible says. If I were a betting man, I would wager large amounts that there are brothers and sisters on this forum who have more understanding and love of scripture than you and I put together will ever have.
