The New World Order - Fact or Fiction?

According to Wikipedia's definition the New World Order (Novus Ordo Mundi) refers to a conspiracy in which a powerful and secretive group is claimed to be planning to eventually rule the world via an autonomous world government, which would replace sovereign states and other checks and balances in world power struggles.

What do you reckon folks, hocus pocus or serious business?

I don't see it taught in Scripture, but we can see it happening in various parts of the world, but not globally.

I used to be very much into learning all I could about TNWO.....reading all about The Illuminati, Freemasonary,Skull and Bones, all that stuff..I think there is an hidden agenda however I am yet to be convinced that the American government (for all it's faults) was somehow behind the 9/11 attacks.

I do believe I watched a programme about the top business men who meet on a regular bases and they hold an incredable power (money) whether they influence politics completely no, i don't believe they do, just as Tony Blair has most of the say (even his party hate him for this ) in the Labour party I believe Bush has the ultimate say.
9/11 was a reality that extreme muslims gladly own up to and the milder muslim is in agreement with it's silence. It isn't only Politics that holds conspiricies but A religion itself which covers the banner of most nations and has seeped into our very own through the back door. 7/7's would be more regular if we turned a blind eye. So no 9/11 was a horrible reality that the devil would like to put the blame on some other people other than the ones who truly did it.

I am not sure that it was the plane touted that actually crashed into the Pentagon.

Many people at the site at the time said that the Towers collapsed in the fashion of a controlled explosion.

There is video evidence of firemen discussiong this, they felt this was what happened, also testimony of others who felt the same.

Another building in the very close vicinity was demolished using a controlled explosion (for reasons of safety they said) within hours of the twin tours collapsing - notime taken for forensic evidence to be collected, and how did they arrange something so quickly? it takes time to wire up a building like that.

People have given testimony of feeling the explosions takeplace justprior to the collapses, I think there may be corroborating seismic evidence also.

Bush talked of watching footage on tv at a time before it had actually been aired.

People predicted something of this magnitude would happen to reform government control and restrict our freedoms - usher in the NWO?

Those same people now say the scale of 9/11 was not great enough and something else, even bigger will need to take place.

My son uses another forum (not christian) but it is full of referances like these and on you tube mostly pointed to by muslims who would and do call the USA the mighty Satan ive looked and heard it all and think although the USA is far from perfect did not initiate 9/11 on it's own people. the other one that is talked about is that the Jews caused it.
Isamo bin Ladens (S) lot have already claimed it as a victory. America has declined it's values but no i'm not as daft as to believe this as I think it is complete rubbish to tell the truth and some intellectuals will no doubt (far left) try to make us believe that this was so.

I have to admit there's one thing that does puzzle me.....how can it be explained away that out of all the carnage and debris, both rubble and paper, etc etc from the collapse of the towers, they managed to find the passport of one of the hijackers ?? seems incredible to say the least.

We need to think Biblically bearing in mind there are two world orders - Christ & Satan, & of course, Christ is the Victor. Eph. 6 is always relevant.

Biblical speculation based on Revelation & OT prophecy should not over influence us.

The New System of Things.New Order is a very JW thing.

We spoke about the New System all the time as JWs,it kept us going throughout all our problems..................But they were wrong.
