I'm not sure how you did it without your post being marked as "edited on.." but I certainly did not change what you wrote. It was changed after I posted. I'm not sure I'm comfortable with that, and then your subsequent accusation.
Therefore I'm not debating with you anymore on this subject. You should sincerely think about what you've done, and what I've been accusing AiG of.

As I said, I won't debate with Elaine on this issue anymore, so perhaps there is no need. I think the discussion between others has been fairly amicable. I also think the thread will die a natural death soon anyway. I think we're all united in our opposition to euthanasia?
edited to add: On reflection, I've reiterated my points more than a couple of times on this thread, as have others, so I'll probably leave it altogether.

I think things are fairly amicable all round.
We all have strong feelings and it is easy to get more enthusiastic than is desirable on occassions. I know I do.

Theo, I think you are being horrid actually.
You have been horrid about fellow christians who run ministries to reach out to those who struggle with the infallibility with the bible, and now you acuse me of somehow "fiddling" with my posts.
I pressed submit when I should have pressed preview, my post was altered immediately. I do not play fast and loose with either my own words or the word of others.
Especially I do not play fast and loose with scripture, twisting and turning it to my own view.
Jthe. Theo has made a serious allegation here, I don't think it is in the least amicable.

I agree that his accusation was not amicable.
What I meant was that inspite of considerable failure to agree mostly there has not been bad feeling.
I exclude the last couple of postings from that comment.
